Fitil is a popular Soviet/Russian television satirical/comedy short film series which ran for about 500 episodes. Some of the episodes were aimed at children, and were called Фитилёк, Fitilyok, Little Fuse. Each issue contained from the few short segments: documentary, fictional and animated ones. Directed by various artists, including Leonid Gaidai who presented his famous trio of Nikulin, Vitsin and Morgunov into the cast. It was called in USSR as "the anecdotes from the Soviet government".

About the famous fortification scientist, Lieutenant General of Engineering Troops Dmitry Mikhailovich Karbyshev. Before the war, he led the work on strengthening the Brest Fortress and the approaches to Leningrad. In 1940 he was 60 years old. The beginning of the war found him in Belorussia. After one of the battles, seriously wounded, he was taken prisoner to the Mauthausen camp, where he fought against fascism for 1320 days.

Professional trainers immediately "rejected" the animal, but saxophonist Kolya, who dreamed of training, took pity on little Gosha and spent years to make him a real circus star of international renown. After many years in the circus, the bear Gosha accidentally finds himself in the forest. Noticing the disappearance, circus attendant Mikheev, together with a local hunter, goes in search of his favorite bear.

In the Crimea, on the shore of the Black Sea lives a girl nicknamed Dubravka. The girl plays soccer, swims in the sea, runs with boys in a race and often becomes a participant of any adventure. But the time comes - and Dubravka begins to grow up. The problem is that Natasha lost her hearing during the war and associates sounds with fear and pain. Even a symphony concert is torture for her.
