Jone is a sixteen year old girl that lives in Bilbao (Basque Country) in 2009. In her highschool you can feel the independentist environment, demonstrations, strikes... are usuals between the students organizations. In this moment her dad starts to work int the Basque Government, between other things he has to go with body guards. This situation will change Jones life and she will have to learn to live between two worlds that she doesn't understand yet, and to understand that not everything is black or white.

The Water Map is an essayistic journey through the ethnography and landscapes of the Region of Murcia. These places are in the process of disappearing due to the increasing and abundant agricultural exploitation. Water has marked the territory and the culture of the area, and with its disappearance, the memories of four characters fade away.

Aaron is a 19 year-old with a close relationship with his family. His grandmother Pilar has dementia and wants to return to Salcedillo, the village where she was born and lived until they decided to move to Barcelona, but her husband and daughter refuse. Unable to accept his grandmother’s condition, Aaron wants to take her there to hopefully postpone the inevitable loss.

Three days at the farm that grandmother Lurdes left behind after her death. There is not much to do there, just wait for the prophecy to come true (or not).
