In WWII-era colonial Singapore, a wealthy British family struggle to preserve their prosperous business – whether by commercial or amorous schemes – amid cataclysmic world events.
# Surah The story follows a Malay girl, Maisarah or Sara (Syatila Melvin), who idolizes Western culture simply because she lived in America for several years. Feeling superior and more modern, Sara's behavior and manner of speaking often annoy those around her. Sara is forced to return to Malaysia because her father, Dato' Mustafa, dislikes her lifestyle there—her fondness for partying and socializing freely. Sara also needs to work at her father's company if she wants to earn money for shopping and to help Zalikha, her sister who has been working tirelessly managing the company during Sara's absence. Sara's crude and arrogant nature also irritates the employees at Indah Cipta, especially Nazim (Shukri Yahaya), a young architect at the company. Nazim is displeased with Sara's behavior and begins sending her Quranic verses as a warning.
After 25 years of leaving hometown, a man returned with his pregnant wife. His return has returned his black memory when in childhood.
The story depicts a village in chaos when Pak Usop reveals a story about Tok Jidin, a shaman in the village who passed away 100 days ago. He is subsequently linked to the presence of his pet ghost haunting their village. Adding to this are accounts from villagers who claim to have seen a long-haired, sarong-wearing apparition roaming about. Fifie, the village chief's daughter, jokingly challenges her boyfriend Azlim to bring the ghost to her if he truly loves her. Accepting the challenge, Azlim meets with Pak Akob and jokingly states that a nail he borrowed was once used to capture a pontianak.
Fikri and Faisal, who were friends while living in a children's home, were forced to part ways when Faisal was adopted and moved abroad. After growing up and living their own lives, they are destined to reunite, but their friendship is tested when Faisal is no longer the person Fikri once knew.

Erina already knows Amar has a child with Sofia and refuses to remarry Amar because she only wants to be Amar's wife for 100 days.
