Ein Sommer in Vietnam
Cyprus 1974. A Cypriot family flees advancing Turkish forces and takes refuge in an abandoned Ottoman-era palace. When a young Turkish Cypriot conscript comes face to face with the family in hiding, he is forced to confront the harsh reality of war and his role in it.
The Palace
An isolated Cypriot village goes into tragicomic overload when a flying object crash-lands in a potato field inside the adjacent UN-controlled buffer zone. A young farmer unwisely digs it out setting off a chain of incredible events.

A boy finds a glass ball inside a lake. Inside the ball there is a dancing bride. This unfolds the myth's thread. The guests of a wedding feast are waiting for the groom and the bride. The groom is a rich aristocrat, a great admirer of poetry and surrealism. He demands complete obedience in the law of absurd by all the guests. The guests are trying to win his favor by executing all his unreasonable wishes.
