Over the course of more than fifteen years in the entertainment industry, he has directed, produced, or contributed to over 120 projects, earned 34+ film festival awards, and generated more than 30 million collective online views. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in North Metro Atlanta, Tabiyus grew up in a household deeply rooted in creativity, faith, leadership, and humanitarian service. Beginning his artistic journey in music and theater at a young age, Tabiyus wrote, directed, produced, and choreographed his first original musical, The Gospel of Jesus, at just 18 years old. The sold-out production launched his professional creative career and led to the founding of Phoenix 4 Productions. As both a filmmaker and artist, Tabiyus has collaborated with Grammy-winning musicians and major entertainment brands while developing a signature style that merges R&B, soul, cinematic visuals, choreography, and emotionally driven storytelling. His live performances have included appearances alongside artists such as Ice Cube, Miguel, Bryson Tiller, and Mario, with performances at events including Coachella’s Heineken House Stage, Universal Studios CityWalk, and major Grammy Week showcases. In 2024, Tabiyus released his feature film debut BREATHE, an ensemble drama exploring addiction, faith, family, and redemption in Los Angeles. The film starred talent from Netflix, STARZ, Hulu, Peacock, and Showtime, earned multiple honors at the Ethos International Film Awards, and later secured distribution through Tubi and Fox-affiliated networks, helping launch The RUN Saga, an expanding cinematic universe built around interconnected stories and characters. In 2025, he co-produced and headlined a major Grammy Week showcase at Avalon Hollywood, signaling his growing influence as both a performer and event curator while continuing to expand the reach of Swerve Entertainment across film, music, and live experiences.
