16 years old. Teenage years, the sea, the summer. A middle-class seaside resort somewhere in France on the West Coast. Sam surfs and is bored. Kim waits and is restless. It slides and it squeals.

A rock radio. A girl on air. Boys with long hair. A dog. There’s love and fragmentation. Nothing is easy. Everything can happen.

This film is a fifteen-minute long take of a naked 70-year-old body lying in a semi-slumber on a bed. Moi. will be shot in a studio over three days. We will hear the presence and reflections of the film crew and a few inner voices from this sleeping body. The continuous duration of Moi. is a documentary performance. The film is a film in the making.

Paris, July 1969. Mankind steps onto the moon. A gang of teens loiters at Unesco. It takes off.
