Victorinos is a Spanish-language telenovela produced by the United States-based television network Telemundo. It debuted on June 23, 2009, replacing Sin Senos no hay Paraíso and concluded February 5, 2010. The telenovela is a remake of the 1991 RTI Colombia weekly series Cuando Quiero Llorar No Lloro, which in turn is based in the homonymous 1970 novel by Venezuelan writer Miguel Otero Silva. Ramiro Meneses, who is currently directing the Telemundo telenovela, starred as one of the Victorinos in the 1991 RTI series. The serial ran from Monday to Friday to run for over 26 weeks. As with most of its other soap operas, the network broadcasts English subtitles as closed captions on CC3. Ironically, this show was replaced by the original serial of the show, it had replaced.. Adapted by Katia Rodríguez Estrada and Domenica Tarello, and directed by Eric Morales and Salvador Garcini, the telenovela stars Michelle Renaud, Danilo Carrera, Sara Corrales, Víctor González, Olivia Collins, Manuel Ojeda, and Claudia Troyo. The story follows Valeria Fernández, a veterinarian who falls in love with Mateo Santos, a ranch foreman, despite being engaged to Leonel Montes, the wealthy heir to the estate where Mateo works. ¡Mira Quien Baila!, also known as MQB, is a Spanish-language reality show airing on Univision in the United States. The show is part of the Dancing with the Stars franchise. The show involves celebrities being paired up with professional dancers. Each couple performs ballroom or Latin dances and competes for judges' critiques and audience votes. Whichever couple receives the lowest total amount of judges' critique and audience votes is eliminated until a champion is named at the end. Each celebrity is competing for a grand total of $50,000 for a charity of their choice.
