In the arid Tunisian village of Bizerte, Khorma -- with his blonde-red hair and quirky habits -- is the town's kindly joke. His guardian is Bou Khaleb, the official announcer of births, deaths, and marriages. When the Bou mistakenly announces the death of a woman rather than her daughter's marriage, the film immerses us in the often-hilarious power struggles amongst the clerics of the "religion business".

A night of insurrection in Tunis. Nothing is working anymore. Madness has taken hold of the capital and its suburbs. A kind of divine will brings Baya, Mosmar, and Oueld Janet together with the old man on the road to Tunis. Walking through the night, they decide to fight injustice.

A night of violence in the Medina (old city) of Tunis. A young prostitute is raped by a gang of misfits. To get revenge, she will have Stoufa, the only one who had defended her, almost massacred. In a world of wolves, the gentlest are the ones who pay and, like the victim of a sacrifice, the young man ends up by taking on the guilt of all the others. However, after leaving hospital, Stoufa kidnaps the girl to avenge the injustice he has suffered. But she will hurt him once again. For a night the two give into thoughts of love, but in he morning, the harsh law of the gang prevails.

A story of the existential escape of two opposed people, introduced to each other by fate at the mercy of wanderings.

Tunisia 2013, a society in turmoil during the drafting of its new constitution by the newly elected Parliament, two young wanderers, Aïda and Abdou, meet one night by chance, their roads will cross and uncross to share their misery.

Ons refuses to attend her own wedding with Halim, her husband to be, experiences this as a great injustice and shame. He locks himself in his house a few days then decides to abandon his social life to join a group of marginalized. Punished and locked up by her parents, they managed to escape to roam the city. Halim and Ons find themselves in this life of wandering.
