In 1982, a group of soldiers awaits the end of the war between Argentina and the United Kingdom over the Falkland Islands. Cut off from the main base and facing possible death, they spend their last days in a trench reflecting on the meaning of war, death, and their own identities.

Telma is 74 years old and has some dreams to fulfill. One of them is to reunite her daughter Lili with her first love, a Malvinas soldier with whom she exchanged letters during the 1982 war. Telma will try to reunite them to make the promised meeting happen after 35 years.
