In 1918, Maria Adelaide Coelho da Cunha, heiress and owner of the Diário de Notícias, leaves the social, cultural and family luxury in which she lives to escape with a petty chauffeur, 26 years younger.

For five years, seven friends film their lives together and apart from each other. As time goes by, a film begins to emerge when this archive is revisited. A film shot through many hands, a reflection on creating images today.

A boy and a girl lie in bed, discussing the possibility of being inside a dream. The boy shares with her a recent nightmare he had, in which she stole his eye. The girl assures him that his fears are not real and that he is not inside a dream. Suddenly, everything goes black.
