Two self destructive guys chase after a one-eyed hobo through time, space, other dimensions for their stolen briefcase. Entangled in various plots, things get 'whacky'.

After being chased down by an angry mob, the Frankenstein Monster is resurrected by the killer doll Chucky. The two monsters team up and people begin to die.
