Biography
Angelo Thomas is a writer, director, producer, and editor. He holds a B.F.A. in Film & Video from Columbus College of Art & Design, where he graduated with the honors of Outstanding Senior and the Commitment to Service Award. Angelo’s senior thesis film, “The Incredible Jake Parker,” is the first feature film made by a student at the college in over 30 years. Most recently, Angelo has directed, produced, and edited “DeRosa: Life, Love & Art in Transition,” chronicling the extraordinary life of artist Felicia DeRosa, who came out as transgender at the age of 43.
