Biography
Milena Aboyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia. In 2010, she began a four-year acting course in Germany. During her training, she took part in several theater productions. After her acting diploma, she changed subjects and began studying screenwriting and directing at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy. Her graduation film Elaha was invited to the Perspektive Deutsches Kino at the 73rd Berlinale. She has received numerous awards for her work, which deals with socio-political and social issues. She lives and works in Hamburg.
