Biography
John Luther "Johnny" Mercer is a British Conservative politician and business consultant who has served as the Member of Parliament for Plymouth Moor View since the 2015 general election, when he gained the seat from Alison Seabeck of the Labour Party. He is a former British Army officer and an author.
