The people of Shilda were once welcome at the courts of princes all over the world, but back at the Shilda castle work remained and had to be carried out by the women of the town. The fire destroyed everything, and the citizens of Shilda fled out into the world.

Paulchen the Hazelnut has a beautiful flower. He is always in trouble with the wind that lives behind his house on the mountain. This villain kidnaps the flower and locks it up in the mountain. Paulchen takes up the fight with the wind, but it simply blows him away. Paulchen makes friends and together they manage to tame the wind.

Chicken Gock and the mice Singeschön and Springeschön want to celebrate a sports festival. It is to begin with a big race. At the starting line are a scooter and a tricycle for the mice and a little cart for the rooster. But since the mice feel like they are going to win from the outset, they don't try very hard, and the rooster wins.

Chicken Gock and the two mice are doing a big clean-up. Unfortunately, only Gock takes the work seriously.
