Biography
Bumble Bee aka Honey Bee was born Melissa Offen, daughter of Murray Offen, who was the owner of the Avon Theaters, a chain of east-coast sex-show and porn theaters based out of NYC. Bumble Bee did a number of different jobs for the Avon, including working as a set designer and assistant director on porn films produced by Avon. She died in 1987 of a drug overdose in NYC.
