In a small town where everyone knows each other, three patrol officers Valera, Sanych and Lenya work. Their attitude to work cannot be called conscientious. The story is about how a simple guy from the Max district reached criminal heights and what he had to sacrifice for it. How did Max turn from an ordinary capper "working for his uncle" into an unscrupulous scumbag who in the future will control drug trafficking, clubs and the underground betting business in Penza? What happened to Max's love for Snegurochka? And what, in the end, became of Max and Goose's unbreakable friendship?
