A student of the journalism faculty, Danil, goes as a volunteer to the zone of his SMO (Special Military Operation), tired of the hypocrisy of the capital. He is from Sevastopol and knows a little more about the neighboring state than his friends. His anti-war-minded girlfriend Alice, realizing that she is expecting a child, decides to protect her young man from a fatal mistake and goes after him. Finding a loved one in the chaos of war is proving difficult.

All their weaknesses and faults are laid bare and their true selves are revealed.

Thousands of civilians were trapped in the "gray zone" without the possibility of evacuation. Only experienced jeep drivers could take people out of the villages and villages of the "gray zone" on the spring off-road. So ordinary members of the Donetsk club of SUV enthusiasts became volunteers saving people's lives. And although there is only one native of Mariupol among them, Nikolai Solovyov (Zorky) himself, for club members in the city, everyone is "one of their own", and they cannot be abandoned.

The city of Nizhnevartovsk was lucky: all the income from the Samotlor deposit settled there. But Shevelevo, which is 50 km away, is devoid of oil, money and infrastructure, and is far from the benefits of civilization. But one almost imperceptible earthquake shifts something in the earth's crust, and the well of local plumber Semyon Plakhov suddenly fills with oil instead of water. Now Semyon has two ways: to give up the plot for a song or somehow master the extraction, processing and marketing. To prove to his wife, who wants to get a divorce and leave him with her son, that he is worth something, the quiet and calm Semyon, together with the local gifted freak Ulyan, develops underground oil production and tries to build "the most honest dishonest business."

The film is about the Vietnamese branch of the Wing Chun martial arts style.
