After a demon attack leaves his family slain and his sister cursed, Tanjiro embarks upon a perilous journey to find a cure and avenge those he's lost.

Tanjiro Kamado, joined with Inosuke Hashibira, a boy raised by boars who wears a boar's head, and Zenitsu Agatsuma, a scared boy who reveals his true power when he sleeps, boards the Infinity Train on a new mission with the Fire Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, to defeat a demon who has been tormenting the people and killing the demon slayers who oppose it!

Tanjiro, now a registered Demon Slayer, teams up with fellow slayers Zenitsu and Inosuke to investigate missing person cases on the mountain Natagumo. After the group is split up during a battle with possessed swordfighters, they slowly begin to realize the entire mountain is being controlled by a clan of Demon spider creatures. Tanjiro and Nezuko have been apprehended by the Demon Slayer Hashira, a group of extremely skilled swordfighters. Tanjiro undergoes trial for violating the Demon Slayer code, specifically smuggling Nezuko, a Demon, onto Mt. Natagumo. After facing many dangers in the brothel town, Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke, along with the Flame Pillar Tengen Uzui, enter a deadly battle with the Upper Moon Six pair – Daki and Gyutaro. The fierce confrontation not only shows the strength of teamwork but also highlights the spirit of sacrifice of the Pillars. This is one of the most epic and emotional battles in the entire series.

Tanjiro and his friends accompany the Hashira Tengen Uzui to an entertainment district where Tengen's female ninja agents were gathering information on a demon before they suddenly disappeared. In order to investigate, Tanjiro and the others disguise themselves as women to sneak in. As they close in on their target, the demon reaches out for the courtesans of the district.

The official stage play adaptation of Koyoharu Gotoge's series Kimetsu no Yaiba. The time is Taisho, Japan. One day, Tanjiro, a kind-hearted boy who sells charcoal, has his entire family killed by a demon. Furthermore, his only surviving sister, Nezuko, has been transformed into a demon. Tanjiro is devastated by the hopeless reality, but decides to pursue the path of "demon hunting" in order to return his sister to a human and avenge the demon that killed his family. The sad story of brother and sister, woven together by humans and demons, begins now!
