A girl falls in love with a soldier, who is doing his military service in her village and is working as a fireman temporarily. She is doing everything to make the soldier fall in love with her and ends up doing crazy thing like setting her house on fire. will she succeed?
The film is based on a story by the renowned Czech writer Karel Čapek, which the filmmakers adapted to the everyday life of the region of Samegrelo in Western Georgia. Samegrelo is home to the “world record in throwing,” but the film’s protagonist only achieves this feat after being verbally insulted.
