Eddy's parents were murdered by a gang when he was a child so he grows up to be a martial arts fighter. His skills come in handy when his girlfriend is kidnapped and held for ransom.

Parodying the TV police character Kojak, Leman, identifies himself with Kojak by his hat and lollipop, firmly stuck in his cheeks. He tries to help a woman by picking up a package that falls from her bag, and the package is filled with flour that he thinks is morphine. The woman turns out to be a flirtatious widow who wants to become a photo model. All the stories in the film are spoofs, and the suspected bandits reveal themselves as filmmakers.

A girl died. An earring was left in one of her ears. So the investigation began to an import company that had a martial arts association. A policewoman was smuggled there. It turned out that this company was trafficking women abroad. So the raid was carried out by Santara, the police's top detective.
