Meanwhile, she must contend with a mysterious group called the Dark Circle as it searches for a powerful weapon held in the Academy’s vault.

A Mexican-American mixologist searching for inspiration in Tokyo falls for a sharp-witted local, and together they open a Golden Gai-style bar in Los Angeles where each night brings a new story and the looming pressure of her father’s watchful eye.
