Morten, a ten-year-old boy, is shrunk to the size of an insect due to a magical fog gun. Soon, he finds himself on his makeshift model ship sailing through a flooded cafe.

The protagonist of the film is the Bat living in an old mill and fighting rats and crows. It’s the war fought by disproportioned forces, where the battle is won by cleverness, skill and cunning. Somewhere outside the mill another war is fought.

A tale of freedom and compassion, set in the 1980s Soviet Estonia, as experienced by a cat and recounted by its owner. Cat Teofrastus lives a homeless life at a train station. One day, he is offered a home by a family living in a nearby countryside house. However, the happy life is short-lived when the cat is taken to the big city and gets lost on the streets. Will Teofrastus find his way back to happiness?

Balancing on the borders of the real and the unreal the film strives to express the monotony of this world, its illusory character, and emphasize the lack of spirituality in everyday routine.

The worlds oldest animation studio still making film with stop motion technique is Nukufilm located in Tallinn, Estland. Here we can follow the work in the studio which was founded in the Soviet era and has survived heavy censorship and global competition.

Freak inventor Jaan's far fetched dreams about ascending to the clouds are about to materialize when he's joined by the great Renaissance man Leonardo da Vinci's spirit. Instead, Jaan's wife Lisa, neglected by the crazy genius, gets metamorphosed into a winged creature and is "catapulted" into the blue skies, where dreams meet.

There is only one animal living in the zoo - the giraffe. No one but the little girl goes to see her. To attract visitors, the director of the zoo orders an advertising giraffe. But then it turns out that people are only fascinated by artificial giraffes, they are not interested in a living animal. The general "giraffe boom" begins. The film ridicules the fascination with "mass culture" not from the real and the living, but from the imitation and the artificial.
