A hot summer in Vienna: Kameni Grad - City of Stone. Four groups of young people, whose parents come from the former Yugoslavia: Alma and Mircla, Sascha and Dragan, Nenad and his friends, and Marina and her little brother Branko. A subculture which, full of confidence, integrates itself into the local community, yet without denying its origins.

A flare shoots through the night. "Red brothers" against right-wing extremists; immigrant groups against right-wing "louts"; knives and tear-gas against baseball bats. "WADADENG, WADADENG, listen to my 9 mm go BANG" ... Rap and hip-hop in Vienna.

"Miesi" is the story of three Africans attempting to settle down in Austria. A hunting excursion with two boys marks the beginning of something akin to rapprochement and understanding between people of different cultures.

The Soviet Union is the Soviet Union. There's no way out. What's needed is an iron fist, a Stalin, a Hitler or whoever: the rule of an iron fist is certainly what's needed now. A journey into the ravaged landscape of the soul of Russian youth, an intimate study of the human factor in the social catastrophe.

They are passionate hackers and are constantly looking for new problems and their solutions. They live in what appears to be an infinitely accelerated state of data and information, to which the young Leipzig filmmaker Alexander Biedermann adapted for the time of the film. In doing so, he managed to gain astonishing insights into a scene that the “common user” would otherwise never get to see.

"We Will Live Forever" is the search for traces of the destroyed Jewish culture of Wilna. While the gentile Viennese band "gojim" looks for the musical traces of this extinguished culture, we get a very personal view of the era through the eyes of three witnesses of this time. On behalf of the many who can no longer speak, they tell stories about childhood, youth and resistance in and around the ghetto of Wilna.
