In a post-apocalyptic world, Hao survives in a city under the repressive military, chasing ancient inhabitants who have become monstrous. Hao's girlfriend, Ying, is one of them. Hao tries to protect her despite the danger she represents for him.

Mathieu is pushed by his parents to take his sister, Melissa, to a party. She has Down Syndrome and has never been to a party before, but wishes to spend the night like other girls. During the evening, Mathieu must fight the shame he feels for Melissa and accept his prejudice against his own sister, for she is a girl who has her own desires, sexuality and dreams of finding love.

Back home during his day off, Marin finds his mother old and weak, just like the house, neglected and dusty. He will try to rebuild his relationship with her mother in these few days.
