Adolfo Torres Portillo was born on 29 December 1920 in Mexico, D.F., Mexico. He was a writer and producer, known for Santa Claus (1959), Coyote and Bronca (1980), and El Diablo, el santo y el tonto (1987). He died on 12 June 1996 in Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico.
