Set in an alternative world of Bungo Stray Dogs, this "what-if" story imagines if Atsushi Nakajima was in the Port Mafia and Ryūnosuke Akutagawa was in the Armed Detective Agency, instead of vice-versa. The story follows Ryūnosuke Akutagawa, who vows revenge on a man dressed in black in order to rescue his sister. However, as he is about to starve to death, a man from the Armed Detective Agency appears.

Bungo Stray Dogs on Stage: Three Companies Conflict (舞台「文豪ストレイドッグス 三社鼎立」, Butai Bungō Sutorei Doggusu: San-sha Teiritsu?) is the third stage play adaptation of the Bungo Stray Dogs series. It ran from June 8 to 9, 2019 at Hokujoshi Bunkakoryu Center Sakura Hall in Iwate; June 14 to 16, 2019 at Kurume City Plaza Grand Hall in Fukuoka; June 21 to 22, 2019 at Nagoya Civic Assembly Hall in Aichi; June 27 to 30, 2019 at Morinomiya Piloti Hall in Osaka; and July 3 to 10, 2019 at Japan Youth Hall in Tokyo.
A Live Action Performance was done based on the first part of the anime up until Raimon beat Teikoku for the first time. The plot of the Live Action Performance follows how the match of Raimon and Teikoku Gakuen ended. It also shows the hissatsu techniques.
