A story of three estranged sisters, Irina, Olga, and Maria, who are brought back together following their father’s death to run his car service business. It was their father that had driven them apart, but now they must resolve their issues in order to manage a team of forty men in a business they barely know or understand. The situation is further complicated by the fact that the sisters are very unlike. Irina is a self-made businesswoman from Moscow, Olga is an airy and impractical literature teacher from a small town and Maria is a hairdresser from Saratov, who dreams of earning a lot of money but is forced to live with her alcoholic husband.

After another scandal, the son of a Soviet functionary is sent to the organizing committee of the Olympic Games-80 for correction, where he begins to work as a simple volunteer. His boss is the daughter of a high—ranking military man, and she is not going to make any concessions to a spoiled guy from a rich family. Once on the other side of the world event poster, he will meet different people who will change his outlook on life — athletes, coaches and other volunteers. Through their eyes, he will see all the drama around the preparation for the big competition, which was on the verge of collapse.

Anya works as an assistant in an expensive event agency for a nominal salary, supplemented by access to the city's high society. Serkan is a swindler who, Anya is forced to admit, cannot be denied extraordinary charm. The Turk, caught on a forgery, is forced to take Anya as a share in order to further "breed" the St. Petersburg and not only the rich already for a couple with an energetic girl and her freed dad.

Over time, Ruslan's father gained a foothold in the gangster environment. One day, he and his family are invited to a luxurious gangster wedding, where 9-year-old Ruslan falls in love with a girl whom he considers his future bride. Ten years later, when the 1990's arrived, Ruslan still cannot forget his love, and together with his friends he gets caught up in the whirlpool of criminal life...
