Battle of the Psychics (Bitva Extrasenov) is a Russian-language TNT TV show based on Britain’s Psychic Challenge. Each season starts with 8-13 participants selected for their superior psychic abilities, but tries to expose them as frauds. Tasks in the beginning of the series are relatively simple, such as revealing the contents of a sealed box or what lies behind an impenetrable screen, and progressively become more difficult. One participant judged to be worst is eliminated each week, but all participants advance to the next round if the panel is unable to come to a decision.

After coding from alcoholism, Anatoly Snarov looked at his life with new, sober eyes. It turns out that he has a wife, children and a responsible position of the head of housing and communal services in the district town of Sorochinsk. Five short love stories, which become a statement of the directors about love. All of them have the important qualities of being openhearted and not afraid of loving.

Based on the Russian classic novel. While maintaining all the main plot-lines of the novel, it follows the events not as they happen but as they are reflected in the mind of the dying hero. Thus make a chain of recollections about the life he had lived through, now seen as a series of irrevocable mistakes and interpreted anew: it is either reconsideration or repentance. Recollections make main hero torment himself over his own past pretenses that seem ridicules now agonize and despair over his perfect indifference to everything except himself, see the horrible aspect of killing his friend, a greenhorn and a show-off. The final action of an intelligent and outstanding man is judging oneself without mercy.

This beautiful and at the same time comical story could have happened only in Abkhazia, in a country where ancient customs are still preserved, in which guests are always received with a wide table and a full glass.
