On Halloween night at a horror theme park, a costumed killer begins slaying innocent patrons who believe that it's all part of the festivities.

Three witches must perform a killing ritual every Halloween to keep their powers. Instead of targeting innocents, they decide to target those who target innocents. They find the perfect victims at a fraternity party.
