Anant Kitturkar is guilty of being married to two women and keeping it a secret for twenty-two years. He gets into a tight spot when both his wives meet at their children's wedding.

Sushila decides to have a baby through IVF and names her Gauri. When Gauri grows up and decides to get married to Anand, his family insists on meeting her biological father.

Gauri marries Jai and reaches his mansion where she gets a shock that Jai was married earlier and she resembles his dead wife Vasumati.
