Tom Lemke

In southern Saxony-Anhalt, filmmaker Silvio meets Dieter and Norbert. Their villages, Grunau, Domsen, and Großgrimma, were abandoned in the late 1990s. Only they remained. Between 2003 and 2014, they are visited and interviewed regularly and talk about their lives in their ghost villages and their farewell, which is slowly but surely approaching.

The man who has never been into space. This man is Tasillo. He lives and works in Mittweida, a small town in Saxony. Here, in an inconspicuous house, Tasillo has created something that is unique for the town, the region and far beyond: the largest private space collection in the world.
