"Take my love" is a documentary film about "Las Patronas", a group of women who daily cook, pack and throw food to the migrants riding the "Beast" train.

Mickey spent the last ten years exploring her transition process within the conservative context of Sinaloa, Mexico. Through digital archives, artistic reenactments, and deeply personal encounters, the film moves between tenderness and rage, transforming memory into an act of freedom. An exploration of self-perception and a non-punitive confrontation with the past.

Olimpia Coral Melo never set out to become a feminist icon. The humiliation of seeing her intimate video go viral made her want to abandon her own name. For thirteen years, she fought to pass a law against digital sexual violence in Mexico. Now, as the Olimpia Law gains momentum across Latin America, she must come to terms with her wounds and reclaim the name that shame once tried to take away from her.

Two women, a midwife and an educator, fight against gender violence by helping indigenous women at the Yach'il Antzetic shelter home, in southern Mexico. Together they heal past wounds and forge an educational future for their children.
