An Egyptian social comedy series, the events of which take place in separate connected episodes between the families of (Kamal Al-Hamrawi) and (Sayed Al-Akhdar) adjacent to the residence in the same building, and in each episode there is a new comic situation between them that puts the members of the two families in funny situations.

As Mr. Anis retires from his job at the railroad, he is soon devastated by the utter loneliness he has to live with. Seeking companionship and intimacy, he turns his house into a motel, not for material gain, but for human interaction, for company and friendship.

As they dream of getting rich, their behavior and actions change, and many negatives appear.

A rich man hires another man to marry his ex-wife.

The young journalist, Sahar, meets Hussein in London and they return to Egypt, where he meets her father, Asim, the company manager, from whom his twin brother, Sherif, embezzled a large sum of money. After Sherif gets arrested, Hussein tries to sell everything to help him get out of jail.

After getting sentenced with one month in prison for contempt of court, the lawyer Sbankh tries to take advantage of his jail time to establish many relations, most notably with drug dealer Hassouna,and Salim Abu Zaid, one of the centers of power in the 60s.

Sodfa suffers in her life from her husband, Sayed the idiot, her cousin, who lives with her in his mother’s house in Abu Qir. Mahmoud returns to the place after completing his studies and supervises the brick factory owned by Um Sayed, which angers Sodfa, who knows that she was in a relationship with Mahmoud. Mahmoud assures her of his love, so she asks him to marry her after she asks for a divorce from Sayed, who turns out to be listening to their conversation closely, so a fight breaks out between them, and Sodfa encourages him to kill him.

Amer shares with Saif in counterfeiting dollars, Amer leaves the money bag in his car. The young Hussein steals the car and is sentenced to three years in prison for failing to prove that he does not own the bag. Amer cedes his apartment to Saif, who demands him for the value of the bag, and writes him a check for the rest of the amount. Hussein is released and tries to convince Amer to confess the truth.
