From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Justin T. Bowler (born February 12, 1974) is an American actor, writer, and producer. He is best known for his role as the Disney character "Swampy" on Where's My Water?: Swampy's Underground Adventures. He wrote, executive produced and starred in the short film Touch, which won several film festival awards.
Known For
Swampy is a sewer alligator, but unlike the others, he actually likes to take a bath! Based on the popular mobile game Where's My Water?, the show was originally hosted on Disney.com as well as on Disney Channel and Disney XD.
