Mas Paritarias Menos Yuta
In early 2020, MUTA - International Festival of Audiovisual Appropriation and Cine Íntimo rescued and digitised a Peruvian archive of orphaned 8mm and Super 8 home movies. With the aim of restoring these lost memories, we sent the images around the world. This omnibus film is the result of the intervention of this material, by 14 experimental filmmakers. Produced with found-footage in 16mm format, "Foxtrot" is a visual plasticity exercise that deals with bad luck processes.

In 2015, 4 reels of 8mm with hardcore pornographic films from the 60s are found in a Federal Capital dump truck. In 2019 we intervened them with sulfuric acid and caustic soda. The emulsion expands and contracts with the bodies, melting together until completely abstracted. A duel between censorship and the explicit. - ML

"The astronaut has been released". Double Talk II is an audiovisual exercise originally designed to be shown with two super8m projectors. Small fragments of family films, historical and institutional documentaries assembled to generate a reflection on the materiality of the support.
