Biography

He founded the film company Producciones Inca Films S.A with Francisco J. Lombardi in 1974, serving as Executive Producer for approximately fifty short films and a dozen feature films. He directed a dozen short films. "Viejos Jilgueros" about old Creole composers and singers and "Retrato de Humareda pintor" are the best known. He was invited to international festivals such as the Havana Festival, Tashkent, Huelva, Cartagena, etc. He was a SIGNIS jury member at the Havana Festival in 2004. His company, Greti Producciones Audiovisuales EIRL, has won the National Audiovisual Preservation Contest organized by the Ministry of Culture several times. He has dedicated 50 years to filmmaking and 25 years to university teaching, imparting the subject of Audiovisual Media.
