Through the introduction of his friend Danma Ryuji, Onizuka Eikichi, the former legendary bike gang member, visits Meishu Academy to tend to the trees in the garden as a part-time gardener. Learning that Yoshikawa Noboru, a student in teacher Fuyutsuki Azusa’s class is being bullied by Uehara Kyoko and other classmates, Onizuka befriends and saves Yoshikawa. Seeing Onizuka’s unprecedented but visceral, powerful response to problem solving, the school’s president and principal, Sakurai Yoshiko, overrides resistance from her vice principal Uchiyamada Hiroshi and makes Onizuka a teacher. Onizuka goes on to tackle many issues as the teacher in charge of the most problematic class, Class 2-4.

Two detectives communicate through a walkie-talkie to solve a cold case. One detective exists in the present day, and the other detective exists 15 years in the past.

On February 4, Shogakukan is publishing the book in Japan under the title “Good Life.” Sorimachi plays the part of Daichi Sawamoto, a newspaper reporter who has always prioritized his work over his family. When his wife suddenly leaves him, he finally notices the love he has been receiving from his son. Just as he decides to answer back, it is discovered that his son has leukemia.

21-year-old Shinomiya Yuki has no friends and spends his days alone working part-time jobs. One day, when he returns home as usual after a night shift, a male stranger who has been stabbed in the abdomen with a knife is sitting in his room. The man wakes up at the hospital that he has been taken to and identifies himself as Shinomiya Yuki to detectives. Then he points to Yuki and states that he stabbed him. Yuki flees the hospital right away and becomes a fugitive in an instant. At that moment, a mysterious woman called Zoka appears right before Yuki and asks him to help her take revenge on her father’s killer. He decides to collaborate with her. Zoka is a “leech” who goes from one house to another while its occupants are away. The two of them eventually encounter Kara, a legendary leech who lives like an empty shell solely for the purpose of revenge.

Nao Saeki (Arisa Mizuki), a successful stylist, is engaged to her caring fiancé, Kazuya Yuki (Tetsuji Tamayama). However, her life changes when her sister Miho dies overseas under mysterious circumstances, leaving her husband, Mitsuhiko Mochizuki (Kippei Shiina), with memory loss. Nao decides to take care of Mitsuhiko and his son, Yusuke. As they live together, Nao's feelings start to shift, growing beyond mere sympathy. In recent years more Taiwanese students have been studying at Japanese universities. To help foster a better understanding between the two countries, Onizuka has been invited to a one-week teaching assistant program at a Taiwanese high school. He takes Ryuuji with him and sets off. Their first day there, they encounter Saejima and their Taiwanese legend behind. The high school where Onizuka's been staying is ruled by a man who's gained power and money by financing the city's redevelopment. “Bullying is a game.” Anyone who disobeys his son, even the teachers, is kicked out of the school, with no exceptions. At an all-Taiwanese high school, Onizuka's more of place than he's ever been in his life. And what about Ryuuji, who's escaping with a mysterious young girl from some thugs? And where did Saejima go?

The story continues from the Japanese SIGNAL drama series. In 2021, a limousine taxi driver causes an accident on a highway, and a high-level government official dies in the accident. The cold case investigation unit, including Kento Saegusa and team leader Misaki Sakurai, have doubts about the case. Meanwhile, in 2009, administrative officers die consecutively in car accidents. The police announce these deaths as accidents. Takeshi Ōyama believes that these deaths were not the product of simple accidents. At 11:23 pm, a walkie-talkie turns on and makes a connection between the future and past. Kento Saegusa and Takeshi Ōyama face the threat of bioterrorism.

Makoto Aida, 23, is a first year detective...a rookie. The only thing the rookie detective has going for him is the fact that he is a nice guy. Thinking that he can beat the recession by becoming a civil servant, Makoto takes all kinds of employment exams. The only one he passes though is to become a police officer. After becoming a policeman, Makoto gets assigned to work as a cop in rural, Okutama, and begins to look forward to the easy life. He somehow winds up helping out in the apprehension of a suspect of a brutal crime, and gets awarded a letter of recommendation, which incidentally is to become a detective. Being that Makoto doesn't like to get involved in other people's quarrels, he is relieved to find out that he will be assigned to work public safety issues instead of criminal investigations. -- Fuji TV
