Ai is a high school girl who feels suffocated by social pressure, but finds it hard to fight going with the flow. One day, the people in her school inexplicably start to form a human pyramid. The principal and other teachers start to act weird and encourage taking part in it, and the various gymnastic formations start to spread and take over the whole town. Eventually only Ai and Yuu, a transfer student who finds it hard to fit in, are left to rebel against the conformity madness.

A live music show featuring live performances and music talks, including live renditions of popular songs and special collaborations. The show is hosted by Ryuuichi Hamaya and Erika Ikuta, with additional content available on NHK Plus and social media platforms.

Kohei Kamishiro (Masaharu Fukuyama) worked as a musician in his past. He only had one hit song and his recording contract was eventually canceled. He became devastated and left the field of music. Twenty years later, Kohei Kamishiro keeps his distance from music, but his passion for music hasn't faded away. He leads a boring life. Due to his past experience, he finds it difficult to have a relationship with women. One day, a woman appears in front of him. She has a complex and because of this leads a solitary life. The woman though has an amazing singing voice. By meeting her, Kohei begins to think he wants to make music again.

Kisara Hanae, a girl who retired from karate due to an accidental injury and was at the lowest point of her life. She meets Ashida Haruki, the songwriter of a song she used to listen to before every match. But he is now a failed musician, a one-hit wonder, and a weirdo with a lot of problems! Hanae's childhood friend, Natsukawa Shingo, who is always watching over her gets involved and a love triangle develops. Hanae has a "secret" that she can't tell anyone, and decides that "this is the last love of her life".

Cohaze Coffee has been a popular fixture of Tokyo’s trendy Shimokitazawa neighbourhood for 18 years but it will move to a new location in a month’s time. This has set the tongues wagging of the regular customers who sit and debate the situation while the madcap staff and lackadaisical manager go about their daily business as they count down the days. Watching all of this is Aoki, a young woman who spends her breaks sipping coffee solo, sometimes reading, sometimes watching the world go by through the window, and always observing how people from all walks of life end up in or around Kohaze coffee.
