Ivanka, an owner of a small Kyiv caffee, faces debt and decides to sell her only piece of inheritance—her grandmother's house in a small town in the Poltavschynna region. Soon, the girl discovers that the house is inhabited by a house spirit named Roman, a young, seductive handsome man who will do anything to save the house from being sold.
