When his earnings are not sufficient, he sells his farmland in the village despite his wife Zehra’s strong objections. He then brings Zehra and their son İsmail to Istanbul. Through a real estate agent, he buys the land he wants in exchange for a title deed. However, having a title deed alone is not enough to build a house on the land. Having invested all his money in this land, Rıza faces unexpected challenges.
