Stefan Percyval Ahnhem, born November 24, 1966, in Stockholm, is a Swedish author and screenwriter. Ahnhem has become known as the screenwriter for the TV series Wallander and Irene Huss, among others. During the late eighties and early nineties, he was a member of the ambient group Spacelab.
Known For

Wallander is a Swedish television series adapted from Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novels and starring Krister Henriksson in the title role. The 1st series of 13 films was produced in 2005 and 2006, with one taken directly from a novel and the remainder with new storylines suggested by Mankell. The 2nd series of 13 films was shown between 2009 and 2010. The stories are set in Ystad near the southern tip of Sweden. The three films Before the Frost, Mastermind, and The Secret were premiered in cinemas, with the rest first released as direct-to-DVD movies. The first episode of the second series, Hämnden, was released in Swedish cinemas in January 2009; the rest of the series was made for television. The BBC aired all 26 episodes of the Swedish television versions on BBC Four. A third and final season, containing six 90 minute episodes, will air in 2013 with Charlotta Jonsson as Linda Wallander. The first episode, adapted from the novel The Troubled Man, was released in cinemas in January 2013.

Jonas has promised to take time off work to take care of his baby daughter so that his fiancé can go back to work. The problem is that his company, a taxi service, needs serious attention so Jonas tries to work nights and be a good father in the daytime.

The seemingly random murder of a jogger in woodland and the detonation of car bombs in central Ystad are but diversions to busy the police whilst a security van are robbed of 15 million kroner. Isabelle and Portus witness this and give chase but are attacked by the criminals and hospitalized. Given the security firm's meticulous contingency plan Wallander suspects a leak from the inside and aims for Micke Sterner, a compulsive gambler and the only staff member to know the encoded transit schedules. But some private sleuthing by over-worked Svartman, who has found the robbers' den, and Wallander's suspicions of an ex-cop turned security officer with connections to the firm provide the real break-through.

On a beach in Gothenburg found parts of a dismembered man's body. The only thing that is going on, a tattoo on the torso. Irene Huss finds similar previous cases that will take her to Copenhagen, where she is forced to look for a friend's daughter who disappeared. Likfyndet will be the prelude to more nasty murders that lead Irene to Copenhagen's underworld.
Irene Huss 1: The Torso

A young man is found dead, dumped in a container. The body is naked, bloody and battered. An autopsy shows the victim was GHB in the body and have suffered whiplash, cuts and burns. Everything indicates that he has been kidnapped and sexually abused and tortured. There seems to be an organized gang has done this before, this is just the first time the victim has died. The tracks leading to a nightclub that Irene's daughter Jenny and her friend's visit, unaware of the danger. Irene Huss and her colleagues have a problem with the investigation when those who become victims do not report crimes because of shame, and for fear that someone will find out what happened.

Two Boy Scouts find a buried female body in a desolate field. Irene Huss and her team begin to investigate the case. As the investigation continues, more graves are discovered, each containing a buried female body along with what appears to be a personal item. It is now clear that a horrific serial killer is rampaging in the area. The police are very puzzled and cannot find a connection between the victims other than that they are middle-aged women. At the same time, Irene begins to feel persecuted...
