THE WILD WORLD OF TED V. MIKELS, a new documentary by Kevin Sean Michaels (no blood relation to Ted, but the same spirit), is a rollicking look at the independent cinema and film pioneering of Ted V. Mikels, who has been producing films for over 60 years. Way before limited-budget action films became termed as "grindhouse," Ted was wowing audiences with his own special brand of guts, gore, humor, violence and most of all -- style. THE CORPSE GRINDERS 1 + 2, THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES, 10 VIOLENT WOMEN, MISSION: KILLFAST, THE BLACK KLANSMAN, THE DOLL SQUAD, THE WORM EATERS and GIRL IN GOLD BOOTS are some of Ted's films that have made their cinematic mark.

An anthology about local haunted legends on Long Island in New York. The four short films are based on the hangings at Sweet Hollow Road, the "lady in white" ghost of Mary's grave, the abandoned Kings Park psychiatric facility, and the Native American tale of Lake Ronkonkoma. The fictional films are preceded by documentary segments that explore the legend's origins and feature interviews with experts, historical photos, location footage, and testimonials by locals.

Mary is convinced that her husband Henry is trying to kill her! For the last few days he changed a lot and became aggressive, shouting obscenities and menacing her. Mary found comfort in the hands of Carl, the husband of her friend Dolores who happens to be out on vacation. After Henry leaves for god knows where, Mary calls Carl and asks him to come by, which he agreed to do as he was aware that she is frightened. A few minutes later the door bell rings but its not Carl but his wife Dolores. It looks like she decided to come back sooner...
