Fifteen young ambitious people are all working together in an empty building, some also live there. They try to achieve the same goal: having a selfmade business. Despite having the same goal, they're different people with different opinions about how to reach their goal. One of them is Sterre de Vries, who initiated the whole thing. Her father (Bert de Vries) is the owner of the building. It's all there: ambitions, arguments, secrets, intrigues, friendship, family ties, romance, lust.

Gooische Vrouwen is a Dutch comedy-drama series, created by Linda de Mol for her brother John de Mol's TV network Tien in 2005. However, after the show's second season, Tien went bankrupt and Gooische Vrouwen was transferred to RTL4, where it ran for three more seasons until its finale in 2009. After its 42-episode run the show was followed by a theatrically released feature film in 2011. The show chronicles the everyday lives of four female friends living in het Gooi. Gooische Vrouwen has since been sold to Germany, Belgium, France and Serbia.

This brazen thriller follows Salman Seegers, who starts working for the Sterf­show (Death Show) as a pathol­o­gist. Based on Ibsen, Simon Stone wrote and directed a grand family saga about the troublesome but inevitable coexistence of different generations under one roof. Maarten Heijmans received the Arlecchino (best male performance in a supporting role) for his portrayal of Sebastiaan.
