Ricardo Lorenzo Rodríguez, nicknamed Borocotó (1902-1964), was born in Uruguay but later became Argentinian. He was a football commentator for the magazine El Gráfico. Due to his strong relationship with the country's sports and national identity, he scripted multiple films related to the topic.
