The story is followed through the countless recordings made by security cameras and through the eyes of Stan, a somewhat unworldly cameraman from a local broadcaster who is drawn into the adventure against his will.

When two grim types grope Inez on the street, Luuk is afraid to do anything. Years later, he still struggles with the feeling of being a coward. He must and will prove that he is a real man and challenges himself to climb the high bridge he passes every day. But can he really do this?
