The holiday season in the mountains is in full swing. The events of the film take place in the early sixties of the XX century, when the exploration of Antarctica was just beginning and the ice continent was full of secrets and mysteries. A group of polar explorers, before being sent to their homeland, is given the task of re-preserving the Vostok intracontinental station.
