A dog we like to pet on the way home from school, an eccentric guy, and ringing doorbells as a prank. That's our life in this town.

A girl goes for a ramble in the neighborhood. The friendly dog is barking as usual. Oh, there goes a cat. Wait, no, it's just a shopping bag. The old guys are laughing about something. I know a lot about this town, and yet there's a lot that I don’t know.

Water is a precious commodity anywhere but all the more so in the desert where competition for it can come from any quarter.
