Asako lives in Osaka. She falls in love with Baku, a free-spirit. One day, Baku suddenly disappears. Two years later, Asako now lives in Tokyo and meets Ryohei. He looks just like Baku, but has a completely different personality.

Before long, Nagano learns that the woman has taken refuge in Tokyo and lives with her son and his wife, and sets out on a bike headed for Tokyo.

From the team's previous work, director Kudo is now convinced of the existence of parallel universes. But now, a new video posted convinces the group to learn the truth about a mysterious woman with a swollen face.
