A short semi-animated experimental film about the ups and downs of nose-blowing and probably life itself. Csáki's latest animation tests of various technics and his Super8 recordings are compiled as a found footage film, which might reflect to the COVID-19 pandemic as well. An adaptation of the poem 'Bagatelle' by George Petri.

Adaptation of Péter Hajnóczy’s short story, The Ant and the Cicada.

The chalk-drawing animated film is based on Richard Brautigan’s novel: „Revenge of the lawn”. This is a remembrance, the story of a childhood memory about grandma’ and grandpa’. After the death of grandpa’, Jack took over the domesticities, and delivered grandma’s bourbon on his truck. Grandma’s whisky served as a salutary refreshment during prohibition times. Her house wore the traces of two accidents. The film tells the story of these accidents.

The animated film, “Days that were Filled with Sense by Fear”, deals with the story of a classic love triangle, using the style and the means of the film noir. The main characters of this love story are the ultra-rich mafioso, Mr. Butter, his beautiful wife, Olga, and his servant or „his right hand”, Pedro. “The bitterness and the revenge of the injured husband is the devil’s work, Pedro! The trap is set… And you are sitting in the middle of it!” says Mr. Butter in a phone message at the beginning of the film. Olga and Pedro have to escape from the revenge of the husband. Their surreal adventures end in a car-crash, and finally are taken back to Mr. Butter’s villa. Olga and Pedro are exposed to the anger of the cheated husband. They are both punished, but in a special way…

Who and how smoking was discovered?

In the late 1960s, drilling for oil was carried out in Egerszalok, but thermal water was discovered. A spa was built, which became a legendary place that has no owner.

So my caring mother would rub the Fluxus Hair Tainer into my scalp, comb my disobedient locks, and then send me off to school looking like that ass-wipe kind on the bottle. I was an independent kid by gum, and this hair meant that I belonged, that my parents knew what was fucking what. This film is an adaptation of Paul Auster story: "Timbuktu".

This is a lyrical documentary shot throughout the four seasons about the life of the people who live in cellar houses on the hills of Avas, Miskolc. The past and present of the location is presented through the personal stories of its inhabitants. The buildings, which are set in the middle of the city, are built in a totally different style to those around them, lending that part of the city a special atmosphere. This is the atmosphere conveyed in the film Tincity.

The film is based on the well-known short story 'Oil of Dog'. The rough and simple chalk animation technique is match for the absurd and surrealistic style of the story. The line-drawing character representation over a black background is in the flavour of film noir. This is the story of Boffer Bings, who lives in a village where his father manages a prosperous business producing dog-oil. Boffer Bings not only assists his father in procuring dogs for distill, but also helps to carry away the debris of his mother's studio, where she disposes of unwelcome babes. Martin is accomplished in his jobs, until his accidental invention steers the family business into an economic boom. Tragedy is inevitable.
